Following a formal re-tendering exercise, on 1st June 2006, the Rullion Group was re-awarded the contract for a further 3 years, with a two years extension option.
The contract covers all categories of personnel: IT Specialists, Engineers of all disciplines, Project Managers, Accountancy and Finance Specialists, Scientists, HR Advisors, Customer Service Advisors, GIS Data Capture Technicians, Process Operatives, Tanker Drivers and Clerical, Commercial and Administrative staff.
By reducing our supplier base to one - Rullion - we have realised both financial benefits and service quality improvements. The continuing nature of the relationship has also allowed us to develop Rullion's understanding of our business generally and our agency recruitment needs in particular....
....The Rullion teams have built and maintained a high profile within United Utilities and have been active in building relationships at all levels. They have shown a willingness to provide a high standard of customer service and to work with United Utilities to identify how the service they provide can be improved to meet the specific and emerging needs of out line and technical managers.
Their approach to account management and building relationships with our managers underpins the successful relationship we have with Rullion." Nick Rowe, Head of HR Strategy and Employee Relations, United Utilities
