Rullion Engineering Personnel deals with all manner of recruitment assignments, employing a highly flexible and tailored approach in order to find the best people for the job. In July 2000 an existing customer - a major Japanese automotive OEM - referred us to one of their suppliers who was creating a brand-new site for the manufacture of vehicle components.
The supplier had to be at full manufacturing capacity in three months, but needed to staff the new facility with assembly workers, shift leaders, Quality Management, engineering, purchasing and Human Resources personnel.
On their behalf, Rullion produced a major recruitment advertising campaign and conducted a series of open Interviews & Assessment Days in the customer's local area.
A typical 12-hour day saw Rullion meet 100 potential candidates - and as the first job offers were made, our administration team produced confirmation letters and provided administration support to ensure the whole recruitment process progressed smoothly.
Once we'd recruited a Human Resources Manager for our client, we could instigate a seamless handover and guarantee a highly successful outcome. Our professionalism in handling this challenging task secured the new component-manufacturing business as a committed and valued Rullion customer, demonstrating our dedication to building mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
