Jon Hitchenor - Managing Director

After four years with another major IT recruitment agency, Jon joined Rullion in 1989 as Sales Consultant, graduating through to Contracts Manager, Sales Director and then culminating in his appointment as Managing Director in October 2006. Jon intends to continue playing an active role in the development of major customers, helping to drive the business forward through long-term profitable relationships. Having witnessed the growth of the organisation over its first 18 year trading history, Jon is highly focussed on ensuring that the company maintains its high profile within the IT recruitment sector.

Keith Gregory - Operations Director

From the late 1960s onwards, Keith worked as a Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst and Project Manager. By the late 70's he was working as a contractor - and his employers included some of the largest companies in the UK, such as Allied Breweries and Cadbury Schweppes. Keith moved into IT recruitment in 1980, working as a Recruitment Consultant, Contract Consultant, then Branch Manager for the largest IT agency at that time. In 1988 Keith joined Rullion Computer Personnel as Managing Director. In October 2006, Keith's role changed to Operations Director responsible for all Legal, I.S., Quality, Corporate Responsibility and Infrastructure issues. Keith is also Managing Director of Rullion Solutions.

Will O’Donnell - Contract Sales Director

Following his graduation from University College Cork and subsequent re-location to the UK, Will began his IT recruitment career in Edinburgh in 1988. He joined Rullion in 1992 when he located to Manchester. Will has developed and managed several Blue Chip customers including Abbey National, Environment Agency, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, RWEnpower and Vertex (United Utilities). Will is now responsible for the further development of the Contract Sales Division at our Altrincham head office, and is spearheading the development of our City of London office.

Gareth Jones - Permanent Sales Director

Gareth began his IT recruitment career in 1996, following a fledgling Rugby career cut short by injury. He joined Rullion in 2001, and in his time as the Permanent Manager has implemented wholesale changes to the Permanent Division creating a dynamic environment and unparalleled work ethic within the team. Such changes have culminated in a Permanent revenue increase of over 400% in the last 5 years alone. In his current role as the Permanent Sales Director, he continues to drive both the Permanent Division and the business forward through organic growth and a belief in maximum client satisfaction. A passionate Welshman, Gareth still enjoys a wide variety of sporting activities in his leisure time and can be found in the gym every morning before work. Gareth is a graduate of Swansea University and Chester College of Law.

Linda Walsh - Business Development Manager

Linda joined Rullion Computer Personnel in 1997 and has over 9 years experience in the successful delivery of contract professionals to a broad, high profile client base. A BSc (Hons) Graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University who is fluent in French, she has an exceptional track record in managing key accounts including EDS Defence, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, PITO, RWEnpower, United Utilities and most lately the IMPACT Programme (Home Office).

Linda is a mother of one, Sam who is 6, and enjoys all sports having played Rugby for England.

Lisa McGuinness - Sales Development Manager

Afer 3 years in Industrial Recruitment, Lisa joined Rullion in 1996. Starting off as a Resourcer  she has worked her way up to Sales Development Manager, now responsible for managing Accounts such as Abbey, Barclays Bank and Transport for London / London Underground.

Lisa is married and a mum to 2 boys, as such most of her weekends are spent stood on or around football pitches (still struggling to understand the offside rule though).

Diana Mathers - Sales Development Manager

Diana joined Rullion in 1998 having already gained 6 years experience in the IT recruitment sector, and since her arrival has been responsible for the service delivery to clients such as E.ON and Leeds City Council. Since 1998 she has progressed to the role of Sales Development Manager. Diana is married and enjoys tennis and netball.

Andrea Sweeney - Sales Development Manager

Andrea joined Rullion as a Graduate in 1995 and has now progressed to the position of Sales Development Manager. Andrea is responsible for managing our relationship with some of our major clients including BT, EDS, Identity and Passport Service, Environment Agency and RWEnpower. Andea is married with two children and enjoys the "challenge" of being a working mum!

Sally Bolgere - Business Services Manager

Sally started at Rullion Computer Personnel in Sept 1992 as a part-time administrator, typing CVs back in the days of no internet!  She then progressed to a full time role before becoming a Major Account Co-ordinator working on the BT and Barclays team.  Sally stayed in this role for a further 7 years and became responsible for 2 assistants.  After a restructure within the departments, Sally moved over to Business Services in 2003 and in August 2006 was promoted to Business Services Manager.
