Rullion Computer Personnel - one of the leading IT Recruitment Agencies

rullion management team

Without doubt one of the key reasons behind Rullion’s ongoing success can be attributed to our staff retention record which is one of the highest in the recruitment industry.  This is certainly true of our senior management team who have all been employed on average for 17 years, meaning that ‘expertise through experience’ characterises all levels within Rullion.

Jon Hitchenor - Managing Director

After four years with another major IT recruitment agency, Jon joined Rullion in 1989 as a Sales Consultant, progressing through to Contract Sales Manager, Sales Director and then culminating in his appointment as Managing Director in October 2006. Jon continues to play an active role in the development of major clients, helping to drive the business forward through long-term profitable relationships. Having witnessed the growth of the organisation over its first 20 years, Jon is highly focussed on ensuring that the company maintains its high profile within the UK IT recruitment sector.  As a keen sportsman, Jon views himself in the same mould as Ian Botham – an all rounder who can turn his hand to any sport.  Jon is a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, gaining a 2:1 in Economics.

Will O’Donnell - Contract Sales Director

Following his graduation from University College Cork and subsequent re-location to the UK, Will began his IT recruitment career in Edinburgh in 1988. He joined Rullion in 1992 when he relocated to Manchester. Will has developed and managed several blue-chip clients including Abbey National, Environment Agency, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, RWEnpower and Vertex (United Utilities). Will is now responsible for the further development of the Contract Sales Division at our Altrincham Head Office, ensuring that we are constantly striving to improve our Contract Services.  Will is still living his dream in that by playing football in the Warrington over 40’s league, he still believes that he has more pace than Thierry Henry.

Robert Scott – Finance Director

Robert began his career with The Rullion Group in 1988 and he quickly progressed from Chief Accountant to Finance Director in 1995.  Robert is not only in charge of Rullion Management Services, our central back-office function, but he also plays an active role in managing many large blue-chip clients such as UU.  Rob plays a key part in the strategic direction of The Rullion Group and he has been instrumental in ensuring that The Rullion Group has made a profit for the last 20 years.  In his spare time, Rob can be seen at most of Manchester United games, supporting his beloved team.
