• Initial Contact - Initial telephone screening carried out by our Resource Team 
• Role Specific Pre-screen - 2nd stage interview with role-specific questions carried out by one of our experienced consultants 
• External Consultant Interview - Face to face or telephone discussion conducted by key industry experts covering in depth detail of the candidate's core competencies 
• Face to face interview - Thorough interview, based on set criteria including cultural fit, behaviour, aspirations and aptitude for change conducted by a Divisional Manager
