We are always looking for graduates to join the business as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You will learn all about the business, key aspects of specialist selling, negotiating agreements and sourcing and placing candidates into client positions.

We realise that at first the role may seem quite daunting. To assist you in succeeding we have our own specialist training function offering key courses in Sales and IT. We are well equipped to provide you with the skills to make you into one of our best consultants. We are also an IITT and ILM accredited training centre and are able to offer their specialist qualifications.
