Quantity Surveyors
The role of the Quantity Surveyor is basically to manage and control costs within a construction project (or projects) and in order to do so may involve the use of a range of management procedures and technical tools.
Such skills and duties procedures include:
• Compiling Tenders
• Budgeting

• Feasability Studies

Project Managers
The Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of a project. Including the planning, coordination and controlling of a project from inception to completion, meeting the project's requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
General Foreman / Finishing Foremen
The foreman is the supervisor or tradesman who is in charge of the trades teams, whether they are joiners, plumbers, bricklayers, electricians etc. Usually from a trade’s background with many years of experience and knowledge within the industry.
Site Engineers
A Site Engineer is required on site to carry out the following duties,
• The setting out of a site
• Levelling and Surveying the site
• To check the accuracy of plans, drawings and quantities
• Costing, purchasing and sometimes even supervision of staff
