The Rullion Group has been appointed by the Department of Health (DH) and NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (NHS PASA) as a supplier on the new Commercial Resources Framework.
The framework provides the DH and the NHS with access to pre-qualified suppliers of non-permanent workers with commercial skills.
Rullion will be assisting the DH to achieve the major cost savings and operational efficiencies required by the NHS over the coming years through the “step-improvement”, required in commercial skill capability, as laid down in their “Necessity- Not nicety” document, which outlines the NHS and DH new Commercial Operating model.
