Contractors / Temporary Workers can be paid using either a paper Timesheet system or an Electronic Timesheet system (known as ETimesheets). The decision as to which system is in place is made by the Client.
Paper Timesheet System
Contractors are provided with Rullion timesheets. These timesheets must be completed on a weekly basis by the Contractor and detail all hours worked. Following this, the timesheet must then be authorised by the Contractor’s Line Manager, to confirm they are in agreement with the information detailed.
This fully signed timesheet should then be submitted to Rullion and will be paid in accordance with the information detailed.
Any queries in relation to the completion of timesheets should be directed to the relevant administering branch.
ETimesheets
The ETimesheet process is as per the Paper Timesheet System, but all details and authorisations are completed electronically.
If this is the Client’s preferred method of Timesheet, both the Client and the Contractor will be provided with full information as to how to operate the ETimesheet process.
