Rullion will place contractors / temporary workers on assignment with client companies following the matching of their skills with the requirements of the client. Line managers should monitor the service provided by Rullion contractors / temporary workers in order to ascertain that the contractor / temporary worker is fulfilling the requirements of the role to which they are assigned.
Client companies should report service monitoiring of contractors / temporary workers back to Rullion at all times. Under no circumstances should comment on service provision be provided directly to contractors / temporary workers, good or bad, either as a formal service review meeting or as informal feedback. Treating a contractor / temporary worker the same as a full-time employee could generate an implied contract of employment that an Employment Tribunal may consider in the event of a claim against either the client company or Rullion.
Where positive feedback regarding the service provision by a Rullion contractor / temporary worker is obtained it should be communicated to a Rullion Consultant. Rullion will in all circumstances ensure that this feedback is passed on to the contractor / temporary worker. Positive feedback either during or upon completion of an assignment will be annotated on our contractors / temporary workers' computerised records.
It is the responsibility of the Rullion Consultant to advise contractors / temporary workers of client satisfaction or otherwise in the undertaking of an assignment. If poor service is experienced by a client company and fed back to Rullion, we will endeavour to pass this information on to the contractor / temporary worker in order to improve their future performance on assignment with any Rullion client. Regular poor service will however result in contractors / temporary workers being removed from our candidate database. Rullion will not assign these contractors / temporary workers to any of its clients again.
