As one of the UK's largest independent recruitment agencies, Rullion IT Plus has an enviable track record of 20 years experience in delivering complex recruitment solutions under difficult circumstances and often within tight deadlines.
We were initially approached by this major Bank's Resource Team to add further support to their recruitment drive for both contract and permanent professionals. After an initial briefing meeting we realised that a contingency recruitment programme would not provide the skills required by our client. Therefore, Rullion IT Plus decided to use a campaign based approach tied in with our successful networking ethos to ensure that our client was being exposed to the finest talent in the market.
Unlike most recruitment organisations, Rullion's use of job board advertising is minimal. Although we maintain a presence, 45% of our database is made up of referrals and recommendations from candidates that we have placed and clients who have used us either personally or professionally. As a result, we often have access to "passive" candidates, individuals who are not necessarily looking for work but would welcome an expert approach from our consultants.
Result
Our consultants spend years developing their portfolio of contacts enabling us to approach the right people at the right time in a professional way. By taking the time to understand our client's exact requirements, we were able to identify a large volume of previously "untapped" individuals and introduce them to the exciting opportunities on offer. We were able to submit 3 CV's to each available position for both contract and permanent requirements. With 24 permanent candidates and over 200 contractors placed since 2007, Rullion IT Plus has become the agency of choice for many of the client's hiring managers. As a result, Rullion IT Plus are currently in the process of discussing a Managed Service relationship with the organisation, allowing the client to fully outsource control of all recruitment to Rullion IT Plus.
