Specialist recruitment for the manufacturing industry

The UK is the 6th largest manufacturing country in the world when measured on output and, over the past decade, British manufacturing has become increasingly hi-tech, requiring a specialist recruitment solution. Our focussed approach to the resourcing and recruitment of key individuals within the broad manufacturing sector makes Rullion an invaluable tool in the drive for increased profitability. Our services are bespoke to each client and specifically designed to improve efficiency supported by quality candidates who'll enhance your operational performance.

Our track record

Our partnerships with businesses from the manufacturing sector stretch back more than 30 years, and in that time we've supplied clients with permanent and contract personnel covering diverse disciplines across the sector.  We've recruited engineers for companies such as Alstom, Samsung and Siemens, and we've added value to their operations by bringing greater efficiency to their overall recruitment functions.  We've achieved this by introducing streamlined processes that deliver talented individuals within tight project timescales - individuals with the ability to perform from day one.

Manufacturing clients count on our engineering recruitment services to provide candidates at every level of their business, whether that's Machine Operatives, CAD Designers or Senior Management handpicked from our pool of carefully selected personnel.  We also go one crucial stage further by taking the time to match personalities to the cultural fit of individual organisations and companies.

Project requirement: 104 Agency Supplied Workers

Contract value: £5.5m

Key benefit to client:  seamless migration with no disruption to operations

In 2004 we won the Sole Supplier contract to provide all technical agency staff at a time when Alstom was using more than 500 agency workers supplied by 256 agencies.    In line with strict pre-agreed deadlines, we planned and implemented a large-scale migration on a depot-by-depot basis.  The end result was the seamless migration or replacement of more than 500 workers, on time, and with no negative impact on Alstom's business.
