Rullion Engineering have placed trades, technical and professional contractors and permanent staff into all areas of the business and on most national site-based projects. This has covered areas such as SPRS, (Sellafield Product and Residue Store), EPS3, B38 decommissioning, Production Operations, MER (Magnox East River) E&EP Effluent and Encapsulation Plants, B13 and skip handling project for design personnel, WIFF and SIXEP Engineering and Commissioning.
Babcock Nuclear Services required a supplier who can respond to significant fluctuations of trades personnel in response to outage and shutdown work across the length and breadth of the country. In conjunction with this, it's essential that workers undergo strict technical checking and on-site processing to ensure 100% compliance, zero project delay and that all passes, certificates and security checks are in order prior to starting on site.
Rullion Engineering have also been involved in the delivery of increased and decreased staff numbers at short notice or within a short period of time.
The service:
- A significant talent pool of individuals is maintained 365 days a year
- All SQEP packs compiled for all candidates and kept up to date
- All dosimetry, DNA, security passes are processed on behalf of BNS by the Rullion Engineering team.
- On-site presence for outages to ensure compliance and manning levels.
We are the main supplier for Outage personnel on many UK sites, providing volume personnel for specific short-term periods. Typically, personnel supplied include: Trades, Engineering, Administration, Design, Commissioning, Construction, Programme Management and Safety
